The primary way to increase is through the LogisticsInterstellar Resupply technology tree.
Other bonuses:
- The Commander ship in increases the cap of its fleet. Logistics
- The Hyperion Logistics System improvement, available to starfaring civilizations, decreases the cost of ships constructed at the local Logisticsshipyard and increases the civilization-wide cap by 1 for every level. Logistics
- The Universal Displacement Field ship component will half the cost of the ship, but is only available when a civilization has nearly achieved a Logisticsresearch victory.
